Client Relations Manager
What we expect from a favorable candidate:
- Experience in a similar position in digital and performance marketing.
- Expertise in mobile performance CPI/CPA/Revshare.
- Understanding the principals of mobile attribution and analytics systems (Appsflyer/Adjust/Appmetrica/MyTracker).
- Experience in managing clients on major advertising platforms: VK Ads, Bigo Ads, Google, TikTok (mobile advertising networks, in-app, and DSP experience is a plus).
- Experience with SKAD.
- English language proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher.
- Interest in the world of mobile, apps, games, technologies, and services.
- Decent Excel and Google Spreadsheets skills.
- Ability to express opinions clearly and eloquently in both dialogue and writing.
Responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with clients, providing/receiving feedback, and building mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Efficient interaction with internal company departments.
- Monitoring project deadlines and ensuring timely task completion.
- Coordinating advertising creatives.
- Collecting information and feedback, creating media plans and reports, preparing presentations with the team.
- Handling documentation.

What we expect from a favorable candidate:
- Experience in a similar position in digital and performance marketing.
- Expertise in mobile performance.
- English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- A reasonable level of emotional intelligence to establish communication with any type of client.
- The ability to process and systematize a large volume of data.
- A systematic approach and good CRM skills (we use AmoCRM and Salesforce).
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with current clients.
- Finding, attracting, and integrating new clients purchasing mobile traffic.
