Dependent on Experience


 • Creation and development of concepts, writing and presenting trends;

 • Be in charge of the creative department (creators and designers): alignment and optimization of processes, planning work for the staff and resources;

 • Creation of promotional materials, description of ideas, mechanics and activation;

 • Preparation of presentations and protection of projects with a group in front of the client;

 • Create cases for the purpose of brand promotion;

 • Professional development of the team.

Requirements and skills:

 • Higher Education. Desired in the areas of advertising, marketing, management, and foreign languages;

 • Experience in creative or digital agencies or experience in the development of advertising campaigns, integrated with BTL;

 • Portfolio required;

 • At least 3 years of experience, of which at least one year of experience in people management;

 • Good presentation and communication skills;

 • Experience and understanding of modern Digital-tools and BTL-mechanics;

 • Experience in planning and time-management.
